Bad news, it’s not even 10. Good news, it’s Friday! Only 7ish more hours until you can celebrate your short lived freedom. Whether you were crunching numbers or digging ditches, celebrate the fact that you made it through another grueling work week. At the end of the day, we’re all just doing one thing anyway…

We’ll folks, we’ve done it. We’ve officially killed Winter. I know I’ve made the claim several times before, but I think we’re actually there this time. Let’s rejoice. Grab your bff and head to your favorite patio to grab some chips and guac and some drinks. There’s no better time to celebrate than the present. You only get so many May 18, 2018’s. You need to take advantage of them. I’m a big believer in enjoying each day. With weather like this, I think you’d be out of your mind if you weren’t doing just that.

That brings me to my next point….

Wine Stroll is this weekend. I’m extremely nervous. Remember how I said that I was going to prepare myself by drinking nothing but wine last weekend? Well, I did that and it was a lot harder than I thought. Turns out after a bottle of wine and a few beers, I get pretty lit up. I’m hoping that the walking will help level me out a bit since I was just basically chugging wine on my couch watching sports. So tomorrow might be tough for me. I’m going to give it the old college try though. My main goal is to not pass out immediately after the event. I’m thinking about taking down a few packets of pedialyte between the end of the stroll and dinner so I can rally for the night. Will it work? Who knows? Probably not. But trying to make it work will be beautiful.

Well, while I’m out here getting waffled this weekend, I hope you enjoy whatever you do. Dirty Dave is playing in a Happy Gilmore Hockey/Golf tournament this weekend. So let’s all wish him the best.

Speaking of Dave, we’ve got a little adventure to Nashville coming next weekend. I’m sure we’ll have some content out of that. If not, we’ll quit. I promise.

Switching gears, we’ve got a new one from Sam Hunt. I feel like he was supposed to release an album last year, but it never came. Regardless, I’m glad to finally get some new stuff from this guy.

Speaking of new music from someone we haven’t heard from in a long time….Clean Bandit dropped a new song. I can’t think of anything they’ve done since releasing one of the greatest songs of all time.
