Bad news, it’s hardly 9. Good news, it’s Friday! Only 8ish more hours until you can celebrate your short lived freedom. Whether you were crunching numbers or digging ditches, celebrate the fact that you made it through another grueling work week. At the end of the day, we’re all just doing one thing anyway…

We’re back. It took something out of this world to bring us back from the dead (more on that later). We’re glad to be back though. We did a lot of soul searching over the past few months that we’ve been away. The purpose of this whole thing started to get away from us. We’re here to have a good time and make some people laugh (or get pissed, either one is fine), and we ended up just copy pasting the same tired content every Friday. I’m not here to do that anymore. Honestly, I’m not sure anyone will actually see this (shoutout Facebook’s algorithm that makes me have to pay if I want more than 10 people to see this), but on the off chance they do, I can promise you things will be different. That’s a real promise, not one like “We’re working on new content”. Spoiler alert: we weren’t. Anyway, we’ll be better this time around.

The weather is finally getting warmer. We’ve crawled out of our holes and are finally ready to love life again. I’d argue surviving a Winter in Michigan with your sanity is on par with surviving a trip to Neverland Ranch without having to stare at Peter Pan on all fours in terms of difficulty. Anyway, it’s over and we can all breath a sigh of relief. We made it. The birds are chirping, the sun is shining, and golf courses are opening. It also means it’s almost Patio SZN. That’s big for me. I’m sure everyone is well aware of my love for drinking on patios, so I’ll spare the deep dive and just say I’m extremely excited. I’ll probably have a beer or 10 on a patio this weekend if we’re being completely honest with each other*.

Anyway, that’s all I’ve got for now. I don’t really know where we’re going to go from here, but it will be better than before. That’s all I’m going to promise. Thank you, and have a day!
