Bad news, it’s not even 9 am. Good news, it’s Friday! Only 8 more hours until you can celebrate your short lived freedom. Whether you were crunching numbers or digging ditches, celebrate the fact that you made it through another grueling work week. At the end of the day, we’re all just doing one thing anyway…

Here we go. Another Friday, another Friday Pick-me-up. This might be an abbreviated version. I’ve got the day off and I’m trying to get some stuff done before I head to Grand Rapids to see Garth Brooks. Electrifying show. If you haven’t seen him, drop what you’re doing and get to GR this weekend to check him out. Gonna be wasted. So if you are there and you see me, I apologize in advance. Somehow we got a room at the Amway Grand. Like why? Why are we going to be there. I have absolutely no business being there. I got lost in that place trying to find a Starbucks two weeks ago. Unreal. I’m sure we’ll be asked not to come back.

Anyway, first song. Tried getting this going last week. I messed up. I didn’t find the video in time. Totally my bad. But anyway, JT kills it. This is obviously the jam of the summer. If you’re not requesting this after a few cocktails at every wedding this summer, you’re living life incorrectly. Can’t wait for the Office to get this in 2018. Seriously need to update the music playlists there more frequently than once a decade.

Second song comes in as a request from the one and only Travis Braun. Not much needs to be said about this Jam. It Rocks. (see what I did there? You will) I think there was a period in college where I listened to this everyday. Loved it. Still do, actually. I’m happy T Breezy brought this to my attention so I can revisit my love for this song. Enjoy.
