Bad news, it’s hardly 10. Good news, it’s Friday! Only 7ish more hours until you can celebrate your short lived freedom. Whether you were crunching numbers or digging ditches, celebrate the fact that you made it through another grueling work week. At the end of the day, we’re all just doing one thing anyway…

Hi friends, we’re back.

It’s been 10 11 weeks since we’ve shown our faces around here, and it feels good to be back. Summer has been wild and I’m going to miss it dearly once Fall rolls around. I refuse to get into the details of why we’ve been absent for so long, so don’t bother asking. Just kidding, we just got lazy and decided to enjoy Summer instead of worrying about this. I know what you’re thinking “Wow these guys are selfish dick bags”…you’re right, we are. But the time off made us realize how much we actually enjoy this. So I hope our selfishness leads to some new found glory energy and some solid content.

On to the good stuff.

~~It’s~~ It was Labor Day Weekend! This is was such a bittersweet weekend. On one hand, it’s an extended weekend and a chance to rip the knob off one more time before Fall comes around. On the other, Fall is almost here, and that means that Winter is creeping up on us. The only logical solution is to head to the nearest liquor store and pick up some Bush Lattes to drink until we forget that Winter is a thing.

Honestly, I might just move south so I can enjoy Summer all year long. I’d be willing to deal with hurricanes if I could drink Hurricanes all year long on a beach without being judged.

Anyway, I have some huge news. I am now a minority owner of a professional soccer team in Ireland. A nice little club that goes by the name of Derry City FC. I’ll have a nice little write up about the ol’ Candystripes soon.

I hope you all have yourselves a beauty of a time this weekend. Whether you’re crushing pops on solid ground or on the water, do it with a smile and a heart full of hope. Hope that this Summer will never end. Rip a few shots too, those things always get the party going.

Editor’s Note: I wrote this last week and I didn’t get a chance to publish this on Friday because I forgot I was moving and my internet was no longer connected. Instead of publishing when I got up north, I decided to unwind with a few glass sandwiches instead. Hand up, that’s on me. But I figured you could all wait another week. I’m sorry. I love you. What a wild Summer it’s been in terms of releases. We had Drake. We had Eminem. We’ve got new GVF coming. We had a new Blackbear single. Mike Posner is teasing something. IDK what to do. Instead of posting 1,000 songs, I’ll just give you a few of my favorites.
