Bad news, it’s hardly 10. Good news, it’s Friday! Only 7ish more hours until you can celebrate your short lived freedom. Whether you were crunching numbers or digging ditches, celebrate the fact that you made it through another grueling work week. At the end of the day, we’re all just doing one thing anyway…
Wow, what a week. We’ve been on a roller coaster with this weather. It’s officially Summer though, so that’s tight. I guess we can start acting like we care about this thing again and create some content.
Jk, we’ve always cared, we’re just dense and really bad at following through with our promises.
I’m sure we will have something sooner rather than later. I know we have some events coming up soon that will be content worthy, so I think we can make it happen. I mean it’s Summer now so I can’t just sit around and act like we don’t have the ability to make content when I see Dave every other weekend because that’s as long as I can go in the Summer without being in Oscoda. Summer in Oscoda is essentially a drug that I can’t get enough of. So I will be getting my fix and thanks to that, you will get your fix for your drug….content.
Anyway, the forecast this weekend isn’t great by any stretch of the imagination. I’m not thrilled that the first weekend of Summer is going to be filled with rain. I though rain was for April…someone should fact check that. Anyway, what a great time to find a covered patio and grab a drink. Nothing really screams Summer is here like a Corona on a patio. I’m sure there are plenty of covered patios in your area so I suggest you find one and have yourself a time. That’s what I’ll be doing. Going to get day drunk…big time.
Next week, we’ve got the Elk & Moose classic. For the unaware, it’s the biggest golf tournament in Michigan. Not a big deal. So I might be able to churn out some content during that bad boy. Who knows? I don’t, that’s for damn sure.
Anyway…have a weekend. I will. I just hope you do as well. Stay safe. Stay blessed.
On to the music…
First up, we’ve got a song that we featured a few weeks ago. I wasn’t sold on this song at first, but I haven’t been able to stop listening to it over the last few weeks.
I’ve been listneing to Yact Rock Radio on Sirius lately. I’m not even sorry.
Finally, a nice little tune to listen to while you’re enjoying your Corona on a patio
