Switching things up a little bit today. If you haven’t heard, Dave Mirra, BMX God, died last night in an apparent suicide. Really shitty news. The guy was super young and left behind a young family. Mental health is no joke, folks. I know most of the time, people never realize someone is in trouble until it’s too late, but if you ever suspect someone is going through some dark shit, please reach out.
